Truly unique and underrated station. The platform itself although short (only 1 car long) is perfectly formed and a joy to stand on. The path down is stunning gradient which compliments its surroundings perfectly. The shelter however could do with a minor refurbishment to bring it back to its former architectural glory, this would be an easy fix but certainly doesn’t stop this being must see station in England’s station capital East Sussex.

A really beautiful and unique station. So peaceful and quiet, really nice to take an hours break whilst travelling. And best of all, has all the amenities you’d expect from modern stations, such as a Departure Screen and Ticket Machine. A really unique but lovely place to visit!
