Sittingbourne

The "Poor 2*" rating is for the state of the toilets ( men's AND Disabled )...The men's toilets are always seemingly out of use whenever I pass through on the way to Sheerness on Sea and the disabled toilets yesterday were full to overflowing and unable to flush...The good news is the information services on the platform and High Speed service to St Pancras is 1st class...Seating on the platform is adequate and generally clean,but the toilets are a disgrace

No atmosphere and needs a tidy up

Nice clean station for small nice town. High street not bad. Just had short walk around before get my train. Btw big parking out of station.

One cannot help wondering if Sittingbourne comes from the amount of sitting one is bound to do at the train station waiting for a train...

6:30 am early in the morning at Sittingboure train 🚆 station 🚉 🤓☺️

I am so disgusted by the service received at this train station!
My 15 year old brother was getting the train from Rainham to Sittingbourne (to go to school)
He bought his money with him to purchase his ticket.

He was then told by the woman on the desk she could not give him a ticket because it was an old 50p coin, he then had to ride his bike all the way home, get a new coin, wait for the next train and was late to school.

This completely jeopardised his safety & I am so angry the way he was treated!!!
He received a detention from school due to his lateness and then had to travel home in the dark.

I am disgusted with this service & cannot get through to anyone to talk this through and stress my complaints of child safety.

Horrible staff. Rubbish area. Also don’t go at night because your bound to be stabbed. Every time I drive past it seems to be a crime scene.
