Caledonian Road & Barnsbury

When I realised this station existed, I was blown away. Seamless changes, quiet and very neighbourly. Helps avoid the crowds and Highbury & Islington if you need to secure a seat or hate being crushed in rush hour.

Perfectly serviceable station served by the overground line. Access is pretty decent, so you have to remember to beep you oyster in as there aren’t any ticket barriers. Platforms are wide, the only problem is that overground trains don’t quite run as regularly as I would like.

Very unhelpful and rude staff. Don't make announcements to inform customers of the situation if trains are delayed or cancelled. Don't support Oyster card users when asking for help. If you want an example of excellent customer service go to Kentish Town West!

Caledonian road and Barnsbury station takes you to many lovely places, on nice overground trains and very reasonable prices so what's not to like! Eastbound highlights are Highbury & Islington (though it's as quick to walk from here), Dalston Kingsland and Stratford for the Olympic Park and shopping centre. Westbound highlights are Camden Road, Hampstead Heath and Kew Gardens.

Nice Station that has lifts and good services to Clapham Junction Richmond & Stratford. No ticket barriers at this station.
