Literally the worst station. They just had disabled toilet, installed, with radar key access, yet, staff choose to lock it as, quoting 'it's their toilet and they can do what they want'. Same applies to the lift, switched in or out of service as they please. Not even mentioning the customer service. Don't recommend if traveling with the child or anyone with special needs!

The station honestly feels much cleaner than Peckham Rye station and is more accessible as it has a lift down from the platform to the street. I think the platform is a bit too narrow but at least trains running here are very frequent.

The station itself is two stars. Needs a shelter along the platform and a better ticket machine. The station staff are awful! Such lazy Southern staff (not London Overground / TfL). Theyre nearly always behind the glass, often with the blind drawn closed so you can't see them. There have been loads of instances of customers needing assistance and having to shout through the office and they're just sat on their phone.

THE OVERGROUND FROM CLAPHAM JUNCTION TO QUEENS ROAD PECKHAM ARE USELESS I GOT THE OVERGROUND LAST FRIDAY WHEN I HAD TO GET OFF WANDSWORTH TOWN BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED IT AT WANDSWORTH ROAD BECAUSE THERE WAS A FAULT AT PECKHAM RYE AS ALWAYS SO I HAD TO GET BUS TO VAUXHALL THEN 36 TO BUS STOP OUTSIDE TESCO'S AT QUEENS ROAD PECKHAM THATS WHY I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OF THE OVERGROUND

This a rather derelict station Occasionally manned during the day. One good aspect shopping complex near by.

Train is easily accrssible but make sure you plan your journey because some train dont run often abd you might to wait for some time.
