Parking is a joke and so is the customer service. Never heard of 'season parking ticket only bays' (which take up more than 3/4 the Carpark) and you can't buy weekly/monthly passes because they are 'oversubscribed' so basically not everyone is entitled to save money by buying a week/month block and has to waste time every morning by purchasing a new daily ticket. I wish I didn't have to use this rubbish station!

Since the revamp of the car park and entrance area. Entering and leaving the premises is much more straight forward however at rush hour periods, it can get incredibly busy so avoid those times. The parking is roughly the same as it used to be from what I remember. The new multi storey car park solves a lot more problems, however it is still very busy in the car park.

Excellent parking options and bicycle storage, has a pop up shop in the morning on weekdays for commuters and has a staffed ticket office during normal working hours. Theres also regularly taxis outside and a post office/cafe across the road. The ticket machines are a bit old and clunky though and the enterior doesn't provide much shelter from the cold in the winter.

Step free access is only possible via an additional exit and only for trains heading for Woking and London. Not even the connecting subway is step free. Facilities are bare especially on platform two, which only has minimal shelter and nowhere to be fully shielded from the weather.

Don't count on being able to find any staff there beyond the tiny opening hours sometime during the morning. The parking has improved and the friendly coffee shop is still independent rather than one of the Pumpkin ones.

Not a great station. A dirty subway which is not step free. Step free access to Platform 1 only. Platform 2 has miminal facilities. Trains stop here quite often which is a good thing.

My daughter just got bike stolen at station ,millions cameras there for? Station should buy her new one . Can't even protect customers property . Very poooooooor service

Literally missing the young girl who works here she’s always so helpful and lovely, always has a smile on her face no matter the weather. Haven’t seen her for a while but just want to say thanks for all your help and kindness!
