There's only a single ticket machine located on the Platform 1 side, which can be annoying for passengers travelling towards Windsor. There's two small car parks on either side and shelters are provided, however it's only covered from above and not from the side, giving zero protection from rainy + windy conditions.
The platforms are a bit too low as well and there's no staff or ticket office. The station overall is incredibly miserable.

No point spending thousands of pounds on platform upgrades when the platform is still far to low and causes OAPs and children problems when getting on & off the trains! Plus the new phasing of the traffic lights on the bridge is a joke

Nice place. Good to get to Wraysbury. But there are too many trains, not enough buses for my liking.
