It would be a good idea if you made sure both ticket machines were working before the weekend, seeing as there are no ticket staff working these days. An older customer with additional needs had to rely on myself paying his ticket to weybridge because the machine would only accept the correct amount of cash. The poor guy was distressed!

I'm 15 and I get the train to college 3 times a week. The woman i bought the tickets from explained that even though I'm 15 I can no longer buy child tickets because "if I'm old enough to go to college I'm old enough to pay for an adult ticket" which makes no sense whatsoever and seeing as tho I'm legally allowed to buy a child ticket for another year. Also, you can now start college from the age of 14.

It's good that the platforms have been extended to 10 cars now but it could really do with more benches and/or seats.

Bought tickets at the self service booth.....the wrong tickets.....spoke to the lady who was sorting the machines, even though she was abit abrupt at times, she did help me get a refund and issue me the correct tickets , even though the office was closed....she did let me know it was above and beyond standard practice but I did appreciate it!

Small station with regular service to and from London. There's Sainsbury's and ALDI within 10 mins walking.
