Colwyn Bay

Very nice staff, clean and relatively well maintained station. Waiting room and toilets good. Only thing that lets it down is when you order your ticket the electronic intercom that the staff member uses to speak to you to ask you where you need to go etc, is so quiet that it is rather difficult to work out what the person is saying if you have hearing issues. That really should be upgraded, but everything else is fine

Nice North Wales seaside resort. Large beach to mooch around on and nice town centre with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

This beautiful place has beautiful scenery and heart. Thanks to a gentleman who works at the train station for helping me get back to Manchester. As an international student I arrived here yesterday on the wrong train, but I am very grateful for the gentleman's passion and help. I hope this luck and gratitude is passed on to everyone who is kind. Thanks！

This is not a suitable station for disability scooters. The ramp is too steep due to the position of the train on the track, at this point. I've actually damaged my scooter coming down the ramp. This is the first time out on the train, with my scooter, and it will be my last.
Rhyl Station is very different.

Colwyn Bay is loosing many businesses due to the current financial crisis. It's really sad.

Nice place to visit good market has morrisons, home bargains plus a few other shops if you want a quick snack at reasonable prices go to Megabites they never under fill the rolls and the cake slice are a good size

My hand started bleeding and the man at the station gave me a wipe and plaster very good service and hats off to him!
