A lovely little mining town..👍..... It a busy place for shopping expecially on a Tuesday & Saturday as it an open air market.. A good regular bus and train service to get you there...... The Roadrunner.......

A nice small terminus station situated right next to the Tesco superstore and bus terminal. The views are gorgeous and the station is good enough to have a car park, ticket office and step free access.

We always catch the train from merthyr to Cardiff and love it beautiful scenery more comfortable than a stuffy bus it's very relaxing friendly staff we recommend it as the best way to travel down to Cardiff we'll done guys keep up the good work we will always travel by train 🚂 xxxx😄
