Nova Training - Great Yarmouth

In my opinion I think nova training is am excellent college! All the teachers and members of staff are very supportive! At this college I do my English and maths and I've started doing my mocks and I've passed and the teachers help me work towards my maths and English and make me feel very confident so I would 100% recommend this college

Nova Trainig is full of high hope and helps you achieve your GCSE's. It also helps you with your mental and physical health. The staff are supporting in everyway they can be.

Nova training has helped me get back into education.the staff are friendly and helpful. its a good enviroment to learn in. I'd recomend Nova training to anyone.

Unorganised and inconsistencies across the board. Colleagues supportive of others, even though they have been set unrealistic targets. 5* to them 🙂

Do not recommend this school - they build up your expectations just to let you down. I loathe this school.

I have worked at Nova now for 4 months, From my experience I have found the company nothing but a pleasure to work for. The team I work with have a diverse background which provides a broad spectrum of support to the learners and there isn't a member of staff who's focus is anything other than helping each and every student achieve their full potential. Every day is different, every day presents its own challenges and every day is a new start for someone somewhere. I cant speak for everyone but for me, I can't recommend Nova Training highly enough.

UPDATE:
It turns out my initial review was maybe a little too early. The team remained extremely good while I worked there and focused on helping students however I ended up tendering my resignation due to extremely poor management from senior levels (I’d like to point out this does not include my centre manager who was fantastic but no longer with the company either). The company itself does not look after its staff and views the students quite simply as cash cows. The staff on the ground level care and want to help your kids, the company itself couldn’t care less.
