Fantastic place to live. The view from my sofa is outstanding and the balcony view amazing. I can see from the bridge right round to the barrage. The sun rises are fantastic. The wildlife give us many a laugh with their antics on the water. Love the way the moon, and street lights all dance on the water. The birds flying above, below and eye level is such a beautiful sight.
The staff here are lovely, very polite, helpful and friendly.
Swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, changing rooms are always spotless when I go. The gyms are well equipped and have just been refurbished with all new equipment.
All in all, I would not wish to live anywhere else.

Fantastic flat complex with on site spa facilities and friendly concierge to deal with any issues. Amazing views and great convenience next to multiple big supermarkets, the international sports centre and public running/cycle path.

Excellent, well maintained apartment complex. Has a great view. Well connected with the major supermarkets of the bay area. Has lot of aminities like well equipped gym, swimming pool etc. Overall neat, clean, well maintained. It has a concierge with very helpful n supporting staff. Great place to stay.

Standard Bellway flats. Nice views from some. Helpful concierge. Excellent maintenance and cleaning staff.

Ask about the cladding before you buy/rent here. It was tested after the Grenfell Tower fire, and the results may keep you up at night.

Lovely apartments here. Careful if you don't book in as a visitor ...you will receive a parking ticket through your door! Not to worry though.as it's a small parking company operated by remote camera. It will go away! Also the speed bumps are a wrecker .so drive slow

Love this the apartment i went to was so perfect just right for a couple Lovely surroundings well looked after .I love it there we visit our friends there seriously thinking about a move .lovely scenery too lots to do love it

Best place to live in Cardiff. Mesmerising views of Cardiff Bay and Bay area.
Communal Garden is a good place to enjoy in Summer time.
Apartments are really spacious with Balcony for Some apartments.
Construction is Solid strong.

Good place to start a life in Cardiff. It's close to all major retailers Morrison's, ASDA, Aldi, Boots, IKEA on foot. Close to the City Center. It has a great communal garden merging with a beautiful Cardiff Bay view. Another advantage is that everyone has a safe parking lot.
