Very GENUINE business..I was told by a previous garage that it sounded like a gearbox failure. Decided to give Thompson Motors a call.. he said just pop it down for a free look and we could see exactly what the issue was. In 10 minutes he correctly diagnosed the fault.. I left my car with him and it was rectified by 9.30am the very NEXT DAY ...and NO GEARBOX REPLACEMENT NECESSARY, honest business! Highly recommended

I pulled into here as my works pool car had ran out of screenwash and due to the conditions of the roads, it was not safe for me to drive. I had no money on me and asked for some water to put in the car to get me back to my workplace in Nottingham. To my surprise and delight, the guy topped the car up with screenwash. I was so grateful for his kindness and help. If this is how they work and treat their customers, I would think they give a fantastic service. People may not consider this to be a big thing, but it was for me 🙂

We broke down while on holiday with a gear problem. Recovered by green flag to Thompson’s. They were excellent to deal with and quickly diagnosed issue and gave us an accurate estimate and time for repair . We had the car back within 24 hours and were very satisfied . Would definitely recommend this garage
