I was somewhat hesitant to take my car here given the negative reviews, but decided to give them a shot with my MOT since they are within walking distance of my home. Very happy with the quick service, diagnosis and clear communication on issues resolved. I have since used them for a new tyre and resolution of a more complicated issue. On the second issue this has not yet been resolved as the costs were quite high, but I was very happy with the advice I received, and the clear communication at each stage of the process (two phone calls with updates and to get my approval to proceed). Prices seem reasonable, staff friendly, happy customer.

AA men who recovered me insisted my Toyota was a write-off after water pump failed and took out cam belt, but TM sorted it within a couple of days and at a very reasonable price. Been using them for years - always honest and friendly - wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. On the (very) rare occasions there has been an issue with any work, they have always sorted it quickly and without fuss.

I had a problem with my car that would have cost hundreds to get fixed at a dealership. The staff at Teversham Motors were happy to take a look to diagnose the problem. They fixed it for me promptly and for a reasonable price. I will certainly use them again for my car maintenance in the future.

We have used Teversham Motors for many years, Firstly being run by Brian and lately being run by Simon. We have always been treated with respect and nothing done without obtaining permission. We have recently visited Teversham Motors again to have some work carried out on my wife's Volvo Convertible. The work was carried out as booked, we were kept informed and when collected, Simon was his usual polite, courteous and professional self.He explained everything we asked and had the removed parts for our inspection. I have read the negative posts and have no hesitation in adding, IF these incidents happened as described then i would suggest, the customer may not have given TM a chance to discuss and remedy in advance of posting such comments.

Lastly, we will be using and recommending Teversham Motors for the foreseeable future. They are great guys and a well run family business.

Expensive and extremely thorough MOT. Will check every square inch of the car and will fail it on the smallest thing you can think off even if a bulb fails during test. They do charge for a retest, even if it's a minute check.
Overall good place, fair assessment for your car, just not for everyone I suppose.

They replaced the clutch in our car. Fine job. Fair price given the amount of work it required.

Very helpful, just bought an Smax which they looked after and i wanted to know if it had a Cambelt fitted by them at some point.
They didn't have to give me any answers but the chap was very helpful and answered all of my questions .

I truly believe that Teversham Motor's Ltd is the worst ever I seen in my life. In fact they destroyed my car instead of repairing. Every time I have service with them my car was going worst. After they fixed my car I collapse during the driving because they removed the filters from radiator and my car was full of smoking... then they said work with AA but refused the transaction off £500 from AA and pretended from me.
