Good little Station. Very helpful woman at ticket counter, three of those covered double-decker bike rack thingies, a kiosk downstairs and a Puccinos selling pastries and coffee on the London platform. All they need is a sandwich bar on the premises or nearby.

Very poor service on Sunday 9th June 19. Having all passengers go to PLATE form 2 and as the trail arrived they changed platform to 4 there was a few elderly people trying to get from plateform 2 to 4

There is a lady, her name is Karen.customers including me. Few times Karen the lady who work at hemel Hempstead train station is extremely rude towards staff and customers including me. One of her colleague confirmed that Karen is very rude. Should be 0 tolerance behaviour towards customers. Even customers are complaining of her. She deserve to leave.
