Quite a busy station most of the time but the layout is very good with multiple ways to get to both the district and Piccadilly line. I was very delighted with my visit and the station was very clean itself and it was signed easier so you do not get lost. The district line trains can be a bit confusing however, the unique signage can also be quite helpful too!

Overall a really nice station with a unique design unlike any other train station on the network.

Staff need training on how to guide passengers in a polite way and respectfully.

The staffs at the station not helpful at all and so unfriendly, they seems only busy in chanting among their selves
