It's been closed on Sundays and evenings after 7pm since February 2022. Not much kop if you need to use the toilet! To quote Lizz Truss "that is a disgrace".

Neat little bus station There was a short wait before the bus set off towards Colne.

Terrible. The help is non existent and the cafe is never open. Nelson is probably the worse town I've even visited. Nelson and Rochdale.

Home town, If I was a passing traveller, I would pass on. Assistance is negligible. Info screens show timetabled bus times which bear no resemblance to reality. Non existent buses pass in and out leaving puzzled passengers at the stand. I was travelling to Barley, an hourly service. Had I known my bus was 2 hourly I could have walked to my destination faster than waiting. Same occurred on my return. A fellow passenger missed transport connections because of the missing bus. Toilets charge for access,

Dirty & unwelcoming (The main reason the council gave for spending all our money to build the place was to welcome people to Nelson) Always been extremely cold in evenings & all through Autumn & winter as no heating was installed. Smells (not in a nice way) in warm weather & they even make you pay to use the toilets. If I didn't have to meat my sons school bus there we wouldn't use it at all as its much nicer to stand in the rain at an un covered bus stop on the street. Pendle council proving yet again they don't have a clue what our money needs spending on
