Hays Travel Downham Market

I have had a wonderful experience at Hays travel in Downham market.
It was a sper of the moment thing as I was passing the shop.
I had seen a program on the TV about great train trips through europe.
The lady who was helping me "Sue I think" was very interested in what I was trying to accomplish. After a brief chat about what I was looking for she was on the same wave length as me right away.
She pulled out the brochures and located what I was looking for. She unfortunately was about the take her annual holiday.
But she did reassure me that she would pass on my investigation of the holiday trip to some one who had actually travelled on the trip i was instrested in.
I am happy with the outcome and that they will investigate to try and find the holiday I'm looking for.
