Andrew & his team are super helpful & can't do enough for us.
We have never had a bad holiday booked through here.
The great holidays & great service is why we keep coming back.
Me and my husband are old fashioned & like to book our holidays through an agent as you know exactly what you are getting, often these guys have been or know someone who has been to a certain resort.
I can highly reccommend this travel agents.

I think they need to figure out how to better handle people who are waiting to be seen.

When I arrived to pick up some currency there was just one member of staff in the shop who was already dealing with a group of customers.

There was also another customer ahead of me already waiting to be seen.

I waited ten minutes - the assistance didn't seem like they were even nearly finished with the first group of customers . The customers did say to the assistant "there are people waiting" but she just laughed and said "there are always people waiting" and carried on talking with them.

I wasn't sure what to do - she seemed like she had been quite a while with this first group of customers and didn't look close to being finished. If she was the other customer who was already in the shop a similar length of time I could see myself waiting for quite some time.

In the end I gave up and left - what I had assumed would be a quick visit to collect some foreign currency turned into a wasted visit.

I think they could have handled it better.

First, they could apologise they are keeping people waiting.
Second, they could give an indication of how long they are going to be, to help customers decide if it is worth waiting around.
Third - if there is something quick like handing over currency - perhaps the longer transaction could be interrupted to deal with that? I've been in shops where they do that.

I'm sure it must be difficult to be the only assistant in a shop trying to deal with multiple customers, particularly with holidays where each customer could take some time, but there must be better ways of handling it than I experienced.

The lady was on the telephone, she ignored me and continued on the conversation. She ended her conversation when two men came in, immediately address them, even told them sit down. I interrupted their conversation to inform her that she saw me waiting and I was first. Asked a question then left, will never go there again or do business with this agency.
