The service I get from Sharon at Tui Heswall is excellent. I have special assistance needs and Sharon organises all this for me, welfare seating on flights, extra medical baggage, and checks all my paperwork and travel requirements are completed correctly prior to travel. Thanks Sharon for being so patient and helpful, taking the stress out of the travel so I can enjoy my holidays.

For an absolute great many years I have always booked my holidays via TUI Heswall developing a trust with the staff. This came about by our hotel being blown down in Mexico by a hurricane and the Heswall TUI staff working tirelessly to find another hotel for our family so we didn’t miss out on this trip with only a couple of days to go. Since then every year my holidays have been via TUI Heswall and I have got to know the staff well - Will, Penny and especially Sharon who has been my go to advisor for years. Now I have retired and it is just me and my hubbie, I continue to visit the Heswall TUI shop bringing in extended family members as well as close family members as I feel we get value for money but it’s the trust and the relationship that I have with the advisors ( and especially Sharon) which makes me return time and time again. This is also the very first year where I have sat in the shop and not known where in the world I would like to visit. ( Over the years we have been lucky to visit some tremendous countries e.g TUI arranged a fabulous Costa Rica 14 night tour this summer. Thank you Penny/Sharon - within a day Jamaica was booked for 2023.

Have used this branch of Tui on many occasions and have found Charmione to be a really great help when trying to book our hols! She has a very extensive knowledge and has helped us with locations, hotels, extras and even a cruise! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else but Tui Heswall store to book our cruises. We have been using this store since it was "Lunn Poly" many, many years ago and have built a fabulous bond with all the long serving staff in there. They are knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. Sharon, Will, Penny, Charm you are all a credit to the Tui brand.

My parents booked a holiday with Charmione at TUI Heswall and were really pleased with how efficient, kind and extremely helpful she was. They would highly recommend anyone to pay Charmione a visit.
