TUI Holiday Store (Inside Next)

I have used this store over the years and can only give them a 5 star. The lady who helps me with all my booking and any problems is Tracy. She is an asset to you Company.

Ellie. The young lady who helped today at Rushden lakes .made our experience relaxed and friendly. She went above and to sort our booking .in a very polite manner. Would highly recommend tui .

I wouldn't recommend them, on one occasion I went into branch gave them all the details I wanted for a holiday and was told they would call be back. Well they didn't not even an email so I went else where and booked my holiday.
On the second occasion I phoned them and again gave them all the information for our holiday and was told that someone will call back but again no one did. So I defo won't be using them again.

Very enjoyable as all ladies were most happy to help me out,sort out web sites that i needed 4 my passage.cannot fault their professionalism any way.

I was looking to join some friends (a couple) on TUI cruise but wanted to upgrade my cabin to a balcony. As a solo traveller the TUI website doesn't allow you to do that, but Taryn (and Hayley) were fantastic help at this store and processed it all for me. (Btw, this was the third store i had to contact to try and get some help with this). Even though i changed a few bits after our initial meeting, Taryn assisted me with it all with a smile. She even went above and beyond the call of duty when she noticed something wrong with my friends' booking and called them directly to resolve it with them. Top notch service!

Alex at TUI Rushden Lakes has been helping my husband and I choose and book holidays for several years now and we couldn't be happier. Alex always goes the extra mile to make sure we're happy and have considered all the options. I'd highly recommend Alex to anyone thinking about their booking next holiday.

First class service from all the staff, absolutely brilliant.

If you see 'TUi, book with confidence' don't be fooled, after almost 4 hours sitting on hold in the past 2 days I've been asked to rebook the same holiday for an additional £600.

My original flight was cancelled via email 17 days before departure with no explanation, I will have had both jabs and all required tests before departure, the destination is also on the green list, yet I was told to rebook the flight for 7 hours earlier at £1200 extra on top of my fully paid for holiday, but dont worry because with the 20% discount it would only cost me an extra £600.

I am now waiting for a full refund and I refuse to use TUi ever again.
