Travel money: They quoted me £100 (!) for €100, didn't have small enough denominations, and the person was about as unhelpful as she could have been; so I went to TUI instead and they were great!

Ithink they could've have given us back our deposit back for our holiday they knew our cruise would be cancelled even though they wanted us to pay balance of £4500 a month before we even tried to postpone it till 2022 but wouldn't do it wouldn't use them again back to Tui for future holidays they are brilliant

Dreadful..... shockingly indifferent personnel work at the site in Exeter st Thomas....my advice to anyone thinking of employing them.. DON'T....--5..
