Chic Boutique Travel

Lisa and her team make holiday arrangements SO easy, and they easily produce fine itineraries and hotels. Last March we cancelled a trip to Mexico , we were at Gatwick, one hour before take-off. Our luggage was on the plane. The flight went ahead, the hotel stayed open, it was OUR decision to pull out, but Lisa still got our cash back (all of it).

Just a quick note to say everything on our holiday was perfect and whilst feeling a bit miserable at the moment we have some amazing memories of a wonderful family holiday. The villa was stunning and we felt like millionaires for the week ..everything was catered for and it was immaculate ..the views were truly amazing and I must spent hours looking over the bay towards Corfu town . Transfer both here and in Corfu were spot on and we had little delays going or coming back. The perfect weather ( though very hot at times) and lovely scenery obviously help but thank you for looking after us and giving us a holiday to cherish …we hope to use you again in the future .

They are a team of absolute professionals, where nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't book my holidays through anyone else or even by myself. Their knowledge and expertise save me time and money. I love that they put themselves in my shoes and search for the best holiday that suit not just me but my teenagers as well!

We always receive fantastic customer service from all the staff at CBT especially Lisa and Nicola. Nothing has been too much trouble for Lisa in this past 12 months with the postponements of the holidays we have had booked. Friendly, efficient, great service and always keep in communication. Excellent service, worked really hard to get us what we needed, including disabled and dog friendly cottage. Called back with information when she said she would. Pleasant approach to us as customers. So refreshing for someone to actually do what they had said they would. Reliable, would certainly make Chic travel our first port of call for future holidays. Have booked several holidays through Chic Boutique Travel. They provide excellent service and with holidays in Madeira and New York were able to provide valuable local knowledge about hotels and things to do.

I have challenged cbttravel to book our adventurous holidays numerous times (eg glass igloos in Finland; sleeper train to Venice, even a hotel in the city wall of Rhodes Old Town). No request was too extreme. Thank you for the memories.
