Had an extremely bad experience with this company, first they sold us tickets with false information, got our money in full, and Then due to covid the trip was cancelled and they refused to refund full amount. They stole £900 from me and my family. Extremely bad and unprofessional service , company is managed by freshies with false English names. Extremely rude and horrible people to deal with , I advise everyone reading this review not to use this company ever. You will really regret it , these guys are Nothing but thieves. Dont ever try using them they are fraudulent. They dont give you their ATOL number or any information to prove that they are authentic. It's as if its secretive. If you use them be ready to lose some money. They lie a lot they keep changing their names. They have a game plan. I needed a refund for a flight that has not been booked and they asking for administrative fee,
Even though it's due to the virus and also it's not yet on the airline itinerary. Whatever review that are good reviews they are from their own people do not believe it. I made a mistake in using them. Avoid them like a plague!!!

We booked premium economy tickets to Cape Town for November 2022 at an allegedly promotional cost of £2700, only to be issued with economy tickets with extra leg room by the exit. Not the same thing at all. Company refused to issue correct tickets leaving us to negotiate upgrade ourselves, at extra cost. Trying to instigate chargeback with credit card company at the moment. All such a hassle. Don't deal with Travelelink.. not affiliated with any authoritative body such as ABTA. They refuse to refund our £1354 overpayment so have stolen our money. Don't deal with them.

I have lost over £1,000 to this scammer. They have have different companies name they use to scam people, they will create fake booking with fake price and asked you to pay some deposit towards the booking and when it's come to the agreed date for You to pay the balance for the booking, they will come up lies, telling you the booking is close and there is a new tariff and you have to pay another deposit.
I made a booking via their company and I did not travel anymore and the terms and conditions say the booking can be cancelled at any time. They cancelled the booking and issued me a fake voucher and email saying the voucher can only be use through their company for nine months now they refused to pay my money back and they refused to issued me a correct voucher.
Please I am appealing to the public don't do or book any flights with all these Indian agents, they are scammer and thieves. I think the government and the police need to stop them.

they tried playing a fast one on me. I wanted Virgin Atlantic flight in early January 2023 (£1300 from Virgin Atlantic), they were telling me they have promotion (£890) & they bought the tickets when it was cheap. I should deposit £50 to secure it. I paid with credit card. I was given Virgin Atlantic booking live and invoice to sign. Next day I called to pay £840. They said oh no don't pay everything now. I paid £500 later & they said I have not signed the invoice. I went back to check and made sure I read the terms and conditions. That is where the trap is. I told them to email me that the Price will not increase. They didn't. My advice don't sign anything and don't use Visa or transfer, only credit card. They didn't want to refund my money but I got it back in full. They are cowboy.

Brother in law just been asked for extra money so he can get flight home. Avoid this company at all costs

I gave them 1star because there was no option for 0. I bought a ticket last year for a long haul flight and could not travel because of Covid, because they made me pay by bank transfer the Airline was unable to refund me. Travelelink have been giving me excuses for not giving me a refund for a year now. I don't think I will ever see my money again. BEWARE!!!
