always book with them. booked my umrah as well which was an excellent experience starting from airport till saudi... the agent was in touch with us with wotsapp and did not had any problem wot so ever.

Non-existant customer service skills. Wanted me to show them £800 'cash' upfront before telling me the details of a flight. Quoted flight times without am or pm to make an informed decision. Would not even consider a card payment and that is just dodgy!! Stay well clear!!
