DO NOT BOOK WITH SATIA TOURS - I was hoping to travel for Umrah with my family, unfortunately our visas did not materialise , and we lost out on our flights. We had to pay extra money to get last minute flights, as our plan was to travel to India following Umrah. Satia tours are refusing to refund our money. DO NOT make the same mistake.

3 years ago, we paid £2500 as a deposit for Hajj for a non-shifting package. After making the payment we were sent an email with details of a shifting package.
We contacted Satiya Tours and explained the booking was for a different package that was advertised on their website.
They said they will issue a refund. No refund recieved after 3 years and constantly trying to get in touch.
We have spoken to Mr Satiya directly, he agreed to look into the matter after recovering from his accident but still nothing after 3 years.

DO NOT USE THIS TOUR AGENCY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WON'T BE HEARING FROM THEM AGAIN. TWO ARE SITTING BEHIND BARS AT PRESENT ANYWAY.
