Brilliant service from start to finish with a lady called Samantha, from a Spanish holiday being cancelled due to Covid she went an extra mile so we wasn’t disappointed an still got a get away, she searched high and low for a family holiday I had a few extra’s I wanted a hot tub for when the children’s entertainment had finished within a budget and she found it ! She made sure we had everything Spain had but in the uk ( just not the whether but that can’t be helped at this time of year ) Highly recommended.

Service is excellent and you get exactly what you want. Staff listen and answer all your questions. Would definitely recommend

I drove into town with my baby to pick up some euros for my holiday, struggles in with my boy in his car seat only to be glared at as soon as I stepped inside, so I said ‘hi id just like to exchange some currency’. The woman said simply ‘I’ll be half an hour’. So I said ‘oh okay’ and left. I found this so rude and unhelpful, I couldn’t sit inside the shop half an hour with my 4 month old unfortunately. I’m not sure why she was unable to leave her customers for a couple of minutes to simply exchange some euros. I won’t bother supporting local next time as it’s stressful and hard work enough as it is getting out with a young baby and very frustrating when you’re basically turned away.
