DON'T use this company ever, they have have a contract to run a bus 2 times a day for nelson and colne college and are very unreliable the buses are in a state the only good thing is most of the drivers are friendly sometimes the bus pulls a no show wothout any notice and when you call the office they don't seam to know what's happening either 😡😡😡

Asif (manager or owner?) has been great throughout. He was clear and transparent. A good quality coach. The driver was rude to the guest. When they said the coach smelt, his reply was ‘what do you want me do about it’. Would have been better to say ‘sorry’ or offer to open a window or keep a spray. He sat inside the coach and opened the doors for luggage. A lot of the luggage just fell out. Boxes broke etc. He never got out of his driver’s chair. Except when the police pulled him over. He told us it was a routine check. Passengers commented it was because of driving. He said he had to produce some papers with 21days. Don’t know the real reason. No issues with the coach company but drivers need better customer relationship training. Their job is not just to drive but make the experience for passenger a good one. This was missing.

Driver was very accomodating. Early for both pick ups. Coach was clean and modern. Would definitely recommend.

I have only give 1 star because the drive was faultless and very nice.
The coach turned up in 30 degree heat with no air conditioning even tho stated on the back of the coach it was fully air conditioned. I spoke to Harris travel and the guy I spoke to was very unhelpful and said for us to just open a window. We couldn't stand the heat on the coach so we had to divert the driver to take us to a train station where we had to spend a further 1k on train tickets for our party. The return journey wasn't much better, broken trays that wouldn't stay up, so no leg room, dirty and very uncomfortable seats.
I would never recommend and never use this company again.
