Honestly couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Aurea at the Wood Green branch. I was extremely nervous on using Tui to book my holiday to Jamaica. Aurea was very reassuring and very considerate. We weren't sure on hotels or where even to go. She found us a really good package deal and was very knowledgable on the island and fun things we could do. We ended up having the time of our lives. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I was very happy with the custom and care i had. Starr was a huge help and very polite as she explained everything to me. I 100% recommened woodgreen tui and seeing Starr. She really took into account budget and places good to go :) very very pleased.

Booked a much needed family trip to Jamaica in the New Year! Maria was patient, helpful and made sure every aspect of the booking process was explained throughly. There was only a couple rooms left via TUI at our preferred resort. So there was an urgency without being rushed. It’s a family trip including my 94 year old Grandmother. Maria booked special assistance, extra luggage and private transfers at no extra cost to make the trip easier for my Gran to travel back home for a much needed break.

The shop seems to be specialist in travel to Jamaica with Maria and others knowing lots of vital information about resorts and travelling around the island.
