I dealt with Michaela at Burton store. She was very friendly approachable and efficient. She found me a good price on my flights and pointed out a few things I hadn't thought of. Would recommend her and the store to anyone.

Visited TUI in Burton today. We recieved a vibrant, warm welcome as soon as we walked in the shop (remembering us from when we booked last year). All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble....a credit to the Manager. Micheala sat with us through our enquiry, she was very knowledgeable, proffesional and efficient and she made the whole process of sorting out our holiday painless and easy. Came in today and Michaela was so helpful. She tried to get the holiday I wanted even though it was with a different company. In the end we booked our second choice but Michaela matched the price I had found. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the place we picked. We went in late last night just before closing to have a little look at some ideas for our first family holiday. We saw Stacey and she was amazing she catered for our needs and made sure we had everything we needed in a package that was perfect for us. From finding us perfect flight times to ensuring the area was perfect! And the effort made when they were closing was outstanding will definitely use this branch going forward. Toby was very polite, organised and professional throughout our experience booking our holiday with Tui. He asked us many questions to thoroughly investigate what we wanted and what was most affordable to give us the best holiday experience possible.
