Alhamdulilah myself, my wife and mother performed Hajj with M Zahid Travel this year (2018) (I am writing from 1st hand experience)

I have to say that M Zahid Travel delivered on EVERY count. The Service was impeccable. The Team that they have to assist in both Makkah and Madinah are absolutely brilliant, always willing to help and assist and nothing being too much trouble for them.

In terms of Food, The hotels provided this in Makkah and Madinah for our group however during our stay in Aziziyah, Mina and Arafat, M Zahid Provided this service. I have to say that they provided a wide array of different dishes on a daily basis at Breakfast, lunch time, evening meals and even a tea snack which was unbelievable. The Food and snacks that were provided at Mina and Arafat, again were vast and delicious. Zahid Uncle from my recollection was at the Food court in the Hotel for Every Meal constantly asking the guests whether everything was ok and whether they would like anything different. I found this to be a level of service that is to be desired by any operator.

With reference to information, it was readily available and accessible and generally put on the notice boards in the hotel. Telephone numbers for the people that assist were also available should any advice or assistance be required whilst away from the location. Further, The Zahid Team was always available to discuss any matters at the food court during eating times if required.

In Terms of Travel logistics, when we landed in Madinah, a coach was there for us which transported the whole group to the hotel. For the Ziyarats in Makkah and Madinah, a very nice AC coach with guide was provided. For our journey to Makkah, again a brilliant AC coach was provided which made the travelling so much easier. Transportation to Arafat, Mina etc was awesome and very organized.

Zahid Travels also had with the group 2 prominent imams/ Mufti/ Moulana’s and I also believe for the female an Alimah who were available to answer any questions or queries. They were also easily accessible and during our stay in Aziziyah they had a private consultation room where people could go and ask any questions in addition to the times during salaat etc. Further, after various salaats , they did some talks which really assisted spiritually.

They had various packages however we opted to go to Madinah First and stayed in Darul Taqwa and in Makkah The Fairmont Clock Tower before going to Aziziyah where Zahid Travel had a very plush Brand New Hotel Block which was only occupied by traveler s with the Zahid Group.

Our Group really bonded well and together with the service that was Provided by M Zahid Travel, This spiritual journey became one to remember.

I would recommend M Zahid Travel to anyone that is intending to go for Hajj, they are honest people who only offer what they can deliver on. Both Zahid Uncle, His Son (who is quite young and insh...h has a bright future in this industry) were absolutely brilliant. Their service and planning is not one to be questioned.

We used M Zahid Travel for our recent trip to Dubai! We stayed at the paramount hotel and the irony of our trip was we felt like superstars! From the moment we used the travel agency we were provided with excellent customer service! Any questions we had whilst being away they were a text message away and ready to help!

Humble tour operator in the heart of Blackburn.

Went to them to sort out an anniversary trip to Dubai and not only were the prices better than I'd find, the luggage upgrade and the service was exemplary.

The hotel was located perfectly and all information I required was provided to me before the trip and my mind was put at ease as any questions I had were answered.

The transfers that were booked from the airport to the hotel were spot on and their timing was perfect not forgetting the convenience of the whole thing as well.

I'll be back later this year.

Extremely thoughtful tour operator who made my family's requirements their priority and delivered a service well beyond my expectations. As I was travelling with elderly parents we had to take a few extra things into consideration to make my parents Umrah trip as comfortable and easy as we could make it. The company advised regarding all aspects of our trip, even some things I hadn't given any thought to. They made the whole experience as comfortable as it could have been.
