Your Co-op Travel Cheltenham

Not a fan. I appreciate the chap was on his own and the phone at the time I walked in. Fair enough. But at least look up and make eye contact, i was happy to wait. When we did get served it was uninspiring! Save your money and go to Hays which is about 3 doors down!!

They lied about the times we could get into the airport. Meaning we lost out money on the cost of train tickets. They lied about hotels being far from airport. They really just had no idea what the hell they were on about and its a good job I did my own research because we would have been left outside, over night, in the dark and cold. I'd never book through them again. We have our honeymoon tomorrow and I'm so worried they lied about other things too, god only knows what we are going to find when we get there. Seriously, NEVER use them.

Absolutely a good job done from start to finish. Your staff at the cheltenham branch are excellent. Special that's to Michel at the cheltenham branch .we have done 2 holidays this yeat through the cheltenham branch. Well planned

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REPUTATION OF THE COOPERATIVE

Put our insurance through Rock. Look at Google Reviews. We had to cancel due to my wife having terminal cancer. Have approached them (as Rock do not answer phones or emails) and they have said "Not us. Not interested"

The agent at Co Op took a month to tell me this. She claims they have approached Rock on my behalf and I want proof. As of yet, silence.

They are not the Co Op of old. They are a chop shop

Shocking service.
Despite Co op checking our family in online when we present our passports. At no point were we told we needed 3 months extra on our passports due to new rule changes.
We were refused boarding as we are a few days short on kids passport.
When I called them to complain, I was told try my insurance company. As its not their fault.
Ulitmately the responsibility was ours but for this rule change never to be raised when purchasing a £5k holiday is a gross failure of duty in my opinion.

Myself and my husband popped in today to look at booking a holiday and I’m honestly baffled at how rude the lady we spoke to was. Horrendous customer service and just pulled up the same website we could book from at home. If all it takes to get a job at Co op travel is access to jet 2 holidays and a miserable attitude, they’re setting the bar pretty low.

Staff are amazing, the knowledge on travel they have is amazing. Helped me book my dream holiday. Highly recommended booking holiday's here.
