TUI Holiday Store

Great staff and usually beat most other places for the best deals - would recommend checking here before booking anything else.

I've been in a few times for currency exchange and the staff are approachable, honest and helpful. The currency I have needed is usually available and if not then they order it in within a week normally. Simples couldn't ask for more.

Cant comment on actually booking a holiday with them as haven't done so but i'm sure it would be a similar positive experience.

Before the virus issues i would happily give Tui a 5* rating the whole way. The shop has always been helpful and the communication has always been fantastic. We have always been happy with the service provided and would highly recommend the stores aswell as the company and hotels.

This 1 star reflects how Tui have dealt with the refunds due to the virus outbreak. Comunication is very poor and refunds are taking far far too long considering they take the payment off you quick enough. Phone lines seemed to be manned by a team in another country so the language barrier is a complete nightmare. 1 star is too high for how i feel we have all been treated. I have relatives who have been waiting over a month for refunds. I felt we were steered towards re booking too much aswell. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK TUI. SORT IT OUT!

Why take it out on the Tui staff? They didnt wake up and say today I'm going to make a virus and turn the World upside down! They are doing their utmost to sort things out and make everything right but as usual its their fault, in every ones eyes! I think they're doing a fantastic job trying trying to sort everyone's holidays out. I've used this travel shop every time I've been away, I cant fault them. Even during covid 19 I was treated fairly and had my refund in a speedy time frame. Thank you Tui

Had the holiday from hell went in to store and it felt like they didn't want me there infront of other customers.. not a great experience

Went into shop. Waited for 30 minutes to be told that Western union is not working. Surely the least they can do is to put up signs to let customers know! Very unhappy with the wait!

I like going into the shop for the one to one interaction. They can give you ideas and put your mind at rest with any questions you may have.
Nice people.

Ladies in Tamworth shop are always helpful,polite and very patient..much prefer to book face to face in there :)
