TUI Holiday Store

I have been using TUI in Harlow for many years, the staff are always so helpful and accommodating.
They are always willing to offer guidance and making recommendations on holidays or excursions.
The staff is well travelled and there has not been a destination that I have booked that one or more of the members of staff has not travelled to.
I will always recommend the store to family, friends or anyone that wants to book a trip, I will continue to use the store and would not swap to online as I prefer the personal touch! And that is something you will always get with the staff at TUI in Harlow. ♥️

Such amazing staff here. I booked a holiday to the Royalton and wanted to book my room but there was a problem with the booking system. The manager there sorted this all out for me and I was able to go online and finally book my room. What excellent customer service. Also was nice to actually be able to speak to someone in person than over the phone and wait for hours on hold. Thank you again. Looking forward to our holiday now.

This was the first time we booked a TUI holiday in the Harlow branch. The staff were very approachable and helpful. We were given lots of good advice and information for the resort we was looking at. The holiday we booked went without a hitch. We would definitely book another' holiday

I have been a user of Tui for many years now and I cannot fault the team at the Harlow store. I recently had the pleasure of booking a holiday in store and was assisted by Kate. She was absolutely lovely incredibly helpful and very knowledgable about the destination we was heading too. Would like to say a huge thank you to Kate. What another fantastic holiday from Tui!

Have booked a few times and again they didn’t disappoint..

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and sat down with the manager (Claire) who introduced herself and answered everything I needed to know.

The booking couldn’t have been any smoother, no complications what so ever and with having been to Mexico myself several times previous, Claire gave me some great pointers and advice about my currency, where to go and what to see while I was there which I’d never done before!

Brilliant service start to finish and what a great team, Tui Harlow, you are an incredible asset to Tui…

A very, happy customer!

Tui Harlow store is the only place I'd go to book a holiday. The staff always go out of their way to find a holiday that matches my requirements. We have 4 children and often need a holiday on a budget, as well as one that will suit 4 active children, Claire at Tui is always understanding and goes out of her way to find just what we need, even down to finding family or adjoining rooms so we can all be together. Brilliant customer service and knowledgable, experienced staff. Thank you Tui Harlow
