Excellent service and support from Kuoni Chelmsford
- due to 2 members of our party being unable to go to our chosen destination ( St Lucia) at Easter having recently recovered from covid ,and our destination not accepting recovery passes and insisting on PCR tests which could show possible for up to 90 days we had to either cancel or change our holiday or claim a refund. We tasked Kuoni to find an alternative destination ( at just 2 weeks notice) to find us an alternative- they went over and above our expectations and found us an amazing Maldivian holiday - the experience of both the holiday and the service from Kuoni - especially from Jaime Lockhart was nothing short of exceptional -so much so that we returned to the same island for a second time in the summer holiday period receiving the same amazing personalized service from an exceptional company and exceptional staff — we cannot recommend them highly enough

Kuoni Chelmsford were amazing from start to finish. It felt like a truly personal experience, with Laura creating lots of itinerary options for different destinations in order for us to choose the perfect honeymoon location. Laura even sent us a wedding card when we got married! We would often pop into the store with questions ahead of our honeymoon, nothing was too much for Laura and she was always on hand if we needed anything. We had the best holiday and would highly recommend Kuoni for booking a special holiday. We will definitely be booking with them again, thank you for everything.

Great help arranging the holidays we’ve wanted. Kuoni holidays cost a bit more but we’ve always found we’ve had great experiences so it’s been value for money for us. Also, two holidays that were disrupted because of lockdowns were handled really well and we didn’t lose out (unlike stories I’ve heard from friends booking flights/ hotels direct or using other holiday agents) therefore we trust Kuoni through these uncertain times and love the higher end holidays they provide.

Fantastic experience! Laura was superb at listening to what we wanted to do for our honeymoon and tailoring something bespoke to us. Really friendly, super professional, just all round beat expectations! Kuoni very lucky to have someone so thoughtful and considered!!

Just to say, I have always booked my Holidays through Kuoni in the last 20+ years. I have never experienced any problems with them and they are always at hand to help in person or via phone. So pleased to find Kuoni finally on my doorstep within John Lewis. I have recently booked and changed my mind several times no doubt made a nuisance of myself ! Very patient and I valued the knowledge & reassurance of the Rep.

Laura at chelmsford was really helpful. Managed to book our honeymoon that got postponed with COVID and the rescheduling was made very simple. And Today booked for next year Santorini! And Laura managed to secure us a great deal. Cannot wait. Laura was efficient and really friendly and cared. Thankyou . Would definitely use kuoni chelmsford again..

We have booked a number of trips with Kuoni in John Lewis Chelmsford. We always want to book with Daisy, who always offers amazing service; she is friendly and professional, and is always on hand to offer wonderful advice on future trips. In fact, even though there have been occasions where we could have booked a trip for slightly less with an alternate provider, it was Daisy’s expertise and skill that persuaded us to stick with Kuoni. Indeed, during the Covid pandemic, Kuoni were quick to offer us a full refund free we were unable to book an alternative trip with them owing to the on-going uncertainty. We look forward to booking more trips in the future, on top of those already placed.

We have used Kuoni for years & have never had a bad experience with the choices we have made but also Jaime the lady we have dealt with for many years knows exactly what we like & recommends different places,Cyprus being one which we have just returned from was 5 star. The staff go over & above & we would only book with Kuoni.
