I am very disappointed with the service provided. I had booked and paid for a package a month before the trip. No documents were provided except a picture taken by a phone of the flight times, which was unprofessional and didn't really show any confirmation of my flight booking. I had tried ringing him a multiple amount of times to ask about my documents but he would always hang up and his partner would say I don't know anything and he will call you back (which he didn't). Then 6 days before the flight he rings saying he hadn't even booked the flight! If there was clear communication, honesty and early notice I could have booked elsewhere for a similar package but that choice was left too late. Never have I experienced bad service like that and I will not be using them again in the future.

What a disappointment this company this. Will never use them again or reccomend to anyone else.
Me and my friend enquired about the July 2019 package to Istanbul/Palestine. We went ahead and made the full payment the same day, Shaukat then told us we would receive all the documents and relevant paperwork soon. After a week or so of not receiving anything, I called Shaukat and had no response. Over the following week or so I must have called him 50 times, sent numerous text messages & WhatsApp messages as well as voicemails.

With only 1 week left for us to go and no proper details, considering that we are flying from an airport about 250 miles from where we live we still had to book train tickets and even a hotel if it was necessary, I was starting to panic. With 6 days left to go he finally called to tell us it hadn't actually been booked and he was refunding us the money and that was it. So we had booked holidays from work, even done our shopping and most of the packing before he told us this.

I will never use this company and if anyone else wants to use it I would be asking to see the paperwork before you make the full payment!

they organised tickets transport hotels everything for us
It was all as promised and transport were excellent with luxury bus from madina to makkah
hotels were very close to haram breakfast included
we are grateful to them for their excellent service and will strongly recommend them to everyone

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service.
Never been so stressed in my entire life.
My family & I were left stranded without a hotel reservation, (everything was paid for in advance) no help/support from Flywell travel. No follow ups & no apologies till today.

Had problems with the hotel reservation in Madinah.

The travel agent did not respond to phone calls, WhatsApps or messages AT ALL (Still no apology). We were forced to vacate our rooms and this left us in a vulnerable position, extremely stressed and anxious.

We had a great experience with them during Hajj 2018. Brilliant service from the moment we booked (although Shaukat Uncle may give me a bad review for bothering him too much 😂) But everything was to point just as he said and it was the best experience of my life time, and the group did make it more memorable. From our journey that started from. Birmingham Airport to the transit in Istanbul, transfer to the Hotels in Madina, Mekkah, Azizya and Mina everything was dealt by them so promptly and in great manner without causing any disturbances and we were kept upto date on everything. Cannot fault them. Thank you too Shaukat Uncle, Zohra Aunty and Nasir Uncle.
