Terry & Paul organised an amazing holiday for us on the Garden Route in South Africa. Their knowledge & attention to detail was clear in the brilliant venues & locations that we visited, finishing with a fantastic safari in Shamwari. Personal service was second to none. One of the best holidays we've ever been on. Would highly recommend them.

South African Secrets were recommended to us by a close friend, the recommendation came of the back of organising their honeymoon a few years ago. As this was our honeymoon too we knew we would be in good hands.
Paul and Terry organised every last detail, there is not one thing we would have changed about the entire trip. The itinerary was tailor made to our budget and was exceptional value for money.
This isn't one of those sole-less, money hungry travel agent's, South African Secrets genuinely cares about you enjoying your trip and making best use of your time. Even from our first conversation we trusted their opinion as they had been, seen and experienced our entire itinerary first hand.
If we go back to SA again, we wouldn't book with anyone else !!

Paul and Terry organised my marriage in South Africa. I could not have asked for things to go any better than they did. They managed our itinerary and that of our 16 guests. I have no idea how they did that! It is still a mystery to me how you manage to know what every guest is doing at every moment of their day! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. Every detail was discussed and carried out perfectly. You will not be disappointed - they are so approachable, so knowledgeable. In a class of their own.

This small company has the time to ensure that your experience is bespoke to your hopes for your trip to Africa. Paul has amazing knowledge that enables him to listen to what you love and tailor the perfect trip. Paired with Terry's efficient work to pull together the practicalities to make the dream work, no reason to go to Africa with anyone else. Thinking back to our last amazing trip with SAS, with it's magical "hippo at the bedroom window" moment, close up encounter with mating lions (required some patience!) and watching whales from my bed at the stunning Birkenhead House in Hermanus, Terry and Paul put together the right places to make sure we got every experience we were hoping for, and so much more. Don't hesitate, it's a gem to find a company that's small and delivers every time. We have just booked to go again next year!

From start to finish they were brilliant. We had our minds set on certain places and they worked with this, planning a great route and they included extra experiences that were great that we didn't even think of.
The accommodation was excellent. I cannot see how it could have been done any better. We all have such great memories to take away from it., and are upset it is over! Thank you again! - I highly recommend anyone planning a trip to South Africa, no matter how many things you want to see, nothing is ever too much trouble for the.

Just home from my fourth trip with South African Secrets! Yet again, a fabulous holiday. Everything was brilliantly planned and scheduled by Terry and Paul. Being escorted around Capetown by Terry made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing 😎......throwing in a Bryan Ferry Concert for good measure! Then onward to Indlwana for a couple of days chill and off to beautiful Amakhosi Safari Lodge for 3 days - this place is truly Eden. It is hard to find enough superlatives to describe our trip.....maybe the best thing to say is that we will be back!

Paul offered to help us out when it looked like we were going to be stranded, even though we weren't a client. Luckily everything worked out but would highly recommend for others!

We have recently returned from a wonderful family trip to Botswana and had a great experience with South African Secrets. The whole trip was very well organised and completely seamless (despite 2 years of covid delays!). Watching the elephants play in the Chobe river was a highlight and champagne in the okavanga delta was best sundowner venue ever. Thanks to Terry and Paul for helping us create memories to last a lifetime!
