The only travel agent I will use is now Encore Travel! Such a personal service from Emily and her team which is just second to none, every holiday I’ve booked (I’m now on my 5th in under 2 years!) with them has always managed to have the price beaten or an extra unexpected service added in such as transfers/breakfast which I wouldn’t have got elsewhere. Encore travel company were fantastic. Emily found a great deal for me and my best friend to take our teenage sons to Maspalomas, Gran Canaria for an all inclusive week including tickets to the water park near by. Encore organised my whole holiday including flights hotel transfers and all excursions. They selected hotels in excellent locations making it so easy to explore.
