I booked with Glasgow car parking on sept 2019 for a holiday we were due to go on on the 1st of May 2020. , Just letting people know that because of COVID 19 everything was cancelled , I had such a problem getting my refund or voucher back as I couldn’t get in contact with Glasgow car-parking.com , phone calls , emails , then I couldn’t understand why when I was emailing them it was holiday extras that replied back to me , When I spoke to them they said the booking did not exist , but after weeks lots of emails phone calls which was all very stressful as I was getting passed from pillar to post nobody wanted to know !! Then I finally spoke to someone to find out that Glasgow car-parking.com had been owned by city hotels who sold it over to Holiday extras after we had booked , The booking was for the NCP carpark at Glasgow airport but Glasgow car-parking.com is an agent that books for you with NCP , but because we didn’t book direct they didn’t want to know in the beginning , In the end NCP told me my ref details was for Holiday Extras which they had been denying all along , which they should not have been doing , it’s been a long road but I finally got my voucher for my car parking directly from NCP so not sure if they will claim it back from Holiday Extras , just want to let you know as if I hadn’t gone to the length I had gone to I would never have got my money back. ,HOPE !!! this helps someone out there. , Holiday Extras I’m very disappointed with them for denying my booking existed all this this time . Caused me a lot of stress !!!
