TUI Holiday Store

I’m not a huge complainer as a man I find it quite unnecessary usually, but this time it had to be said. The lady boss (Lisa) that works at this branch is so rude, outspoken, patronising and argumentative I’m truly shocked. Whilst I don’t always believe the customer is right I do expect a little bit of respect from a company like Tui. I dread to think how horrible she is to her staff to work with. Come on TUI a little bit of customer service goes an awfully long way.

Recently booked a holiday with Lisa, she invited me into the shop a few mins early as it was pouring with rain!
She understood what I was trying to do - to get the best possible price for our holiday and went out of her way to get it booked with her colleagues to save me hundreds of pounds which I could not have done booking online. Thanks Lisa & team- we are very excited!

We had an absolutely brilliant experience here today thanks to Lisa & Elle. They went that extra mile with us to try & get us the best deal, plus more. Our toddler was entertained with crayons & a balloon too! We normally book online, but decided to pop in for some advice. The care, time and wonderful customer service today was just fantastic. I booked a holiday with them many times in the few years. There never been any issues. But this year is completely different.
Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Could not calculate at all!!
