Great service, acted very quickly with our existing booking due to this lockdown. Debbie was very helpful and positive in changing our booking and transferred it to another date, fingers crossed lockdown lifted foraperiod. We were also impressed the way Debbie kept us informed even if she had not heard from the airline or hotel. Overall I would recommend Hayes Travel.
