Went to Hajj Umrah with Al Hajj in December and the trip was brilliant and everything were perfect as expected. Insha Allah will use Al Hajj again.

Went with uncle Wahab Hajj this year 2018. Mashallah it was amazing and the service was 5 star. Like any trip things can go wrong - but Alhumdulillah everything was perfect. Uncle Wahab was with us at all times.
I was very nervous and scared as I heard a lot of scare stories about other providers and group leaders but alhumdulillah everything went great and all information was communicated could not ask for anything more.
I would highly recommend Al Hajj travel and tours and def will be using them again. My family are planning to go Umrah so will be booking through them.

Alhumdulillah, one of the best experiences. I found them on google search and requested a quote. Jawwad promptly responded and provided a very reasonable quote. He was very clear with all the costs and all inclusions. I was then passed to Raza for visa process who was also very helpful. The whole process was very smooth and found all the staff very attentive. My BA flight was cancelled on arrival at airport (Not Al Hajj fault) however Jawwad called me immediately at the airport at 8pm on Saturday to provide assistance. we managed to get on another flight the same night so it turned out all ok.
Arrival in Jeddah and travel to Jeddah was just as smooth. The driver picked us up and took us to our hotel without any hassle. Hotel (Swis Al Maqam) was excellent with exceptional breakfast. When it was our time to go to Madina, our driver Abdul Salaam called us the night before to organise our travel for the next day. He promptly turned up on time and drove us to Madina. Similarly the hotel (Pullman Zam Zam) in Madina was excellent and had a great time. The driver Abdul Wahab again called us the night before our check out to organise our travel to Jeddah Airport. As usual he turned up on time and drove us to the airport.
The whole UMRA journey was alhumdulillah a very memorable experience without any hassle or drama. Most of this was due to Jawwad and the others so huge thanks to the team. I will definitely recommend them and needless to say will be using them again in sha Allah.

This man Abdul wahab is the biggest con in uk.He took,in 2017,about 50 people and charged them anything between,£4800 to £4500.He contracted with company Easy Hajj to take his 50 people because al-hajj company is not authorised to get visa,He not only took the visa from them but he gets the hotels and mina facilities from them too.Easy hajj last year charged their customers anything between £3700 to £3000.
So in summary,he charged his customers approximately £1200 more then easy hajj but provide them same facilities as Easy hajj.Because he is a pakistani that is why most of the hajjis with him was from pakistan.
This review is written to help people make up their mind up before going hajj because finding genuine reviews about hajj is so difficult.Since last year some people took the courage to start writing reviews on trip advisor
to help the future hajiis.May Allah protect us from some of these people whose sole purpose is only to loot money from the people who are going to fulfil their fard.
