Pokhara Travel

I have been sending money through Pokhara Money Transfer for past year. I normally deal with Gyam dai. He provides the best rate in UK. I understand the money transfer is not immediate, but if you can wait 1/2 days, this is the best option in the UK!!

Customer services is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Money that was transferred from last year which somehow has not reach my account. Please be aware I do not recommend their service as they do not execute professionally. It is such a let down therefore will not be using their services anymore. It is definitely zero star which I cannot give.

I will never take any form of services with Pokhara Travels in future and do not recommend to other who are willing to go there. Worst customer services and delay in services promised.

Unprofessional in service. They keep the money for longer if you send large amount and take ages to handover. Do not take any service from them. Not recommended.

One of the worst customer service i have ever come across in my entire life. Never responded the call and always gave me a fake promise. Intentionally delay my money transaction and hold it nearly 25 days. Very bad experience and i do not recommend anybody to use this travel agency.👎👎

This travel agency is one of the worst travel agnecy. The agent of this travel doesn't even pick up the phone and always said yes, yes and doesn't even provide information about the questions which we asked one of the wrost travel agency. If possible please don't use this travel agency, use other travel agency.

I wish I can write review without any star. Even a star is too good for the service they provided to me.
It's almost 2 weeks and still haven't receive my money yet.

A very bad experience while sending the money from PokharaTravels, took more than 2 weeks (for large amounts)as promised to give very next day . Customer service is poor, never updated the transactions & even ignored your calls. Never recommend to use PokharaTravels. Zero star 👎👎👎👎👎
