Hays Travel Redditch

I have booked a number of Holidays through Hays Travel - Redditch. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have been very professional through the current challenging times.
They were very responsive when one holiday was cancelled, based on the ever changing air bridges being closed. Advising and re-booking for an alternative destination.
I have also book a number of Sporting breaks through Hays Travel, and the travel consultants are always interested on you as a customer.

Good customer service.

I simply wouldn't book with anyone else. We booked a trip to Zante for May 2020 and because of the pandemic, the holiday has had to be postponed 3 times. We have just organised the most recent postponement because neither of us feel safe to travel yet. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Hays. They are helpful, responsive and professional. I highly recommend. If only all companies were as easy to deal with as Hays Travel, my life would be so much easier!

The staff at the Redditch branch are marvelous. So very helpful and friendly.
