My partner and I wanted to book a holiday. It was a few Sundays ago and they were closing in just under an hour. Because of this the manager had a very ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude when we wanting to book a holiday that day with them. Not great and won’t come back to any hay’s travel especially Romford or book a holiday with them.

My experience with Vanessa Cole has been outstanding, the service provided was straightforward and has been top notch from start to finish. This clearly demonstrates and proves Vanessa is fantastic and valuable team member. Thank you once again Vanessa and the rest of the team.

Very friendly and helpful but unfortunately not a great deal of choice on flights and accommodation and ended up booking it myself

1st time, I have used Hays and Louise, who helped with my enquiry was so helpful and found exactly what I was looking for
