TUI Holiday Store

Popped in the TUI Romford and was helped by Nicole.
We had an idea we fancied Croatia.

Nicole’s personal knowledge was great to select an area, hotel and numerous activity options, together with up to date general background info.

We were very impressed and booked there and then.

Called up the Romford branch as I wanted to book a holiday but wasn’t sure where to. A lovely lady called Nicole was very helpful and she found the perfect place for us. Thank you for your recommendations and the great customer service!

Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly.

We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything.

Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :)

Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well.

These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... Roll on May!!!!

We have booked our last five holidays at Tui Romford mainly due to the staff being so great. Today we booked with Ella. From the minute we sat down Ella made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking at was brilliant and we didn’t feel rushed like some other high st travel agents make you feel! She is very friendly and personable. It was a pleasure booking with Ella today and I will certainly be looking forward to booking g my next holiday with Tui in the Summer.

I have always had very good experiences when booking holidays at Tui Romford! And I book all my holidays with them. I would highly recommend. Myself and my friend have just booked a holiday for April 2023 with our partners (we booked on Sunday over the phone). We spoke to Kelly on the phone and she was absolutely amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and she was there to help us with every step and every need that we had to ensure we have the best booking experience as well as the best holiday deal. I cannot thank her enough for her great customer service - it was smooth and enjoyable. We are now very excited for our holiday! Thank you so much to Kelly and the staff at Tui Romford :)
