I’ve used Winged Boots for years. They’ve always been great & David has always been lovely to deal with. The process is always effortless & they are definitely a company you can fully trust to get it right.
Am always recommending them & will continue to do so!

Don’t book your holiday through these people - why would you ? If you have to cancel and have a months notice any hotel around the world would allow full refund - book through this company and they don’t allow cancellations ! They tie you in and they are very very unsympathetic about any reason to cancel (I had broken 3 ribs) - and they couldn’t care less ! It’s easier to book your own trip than to allow these cutthroat operators to do it for you !

Excellent company. Asked them to book a hotel in Sri Lanka that I had previously stayed in. It was not an issue. Got a call the following day and booked.
Now can't wait to go back.

Need to stop your delivery drivers dropping of brochures at 7am to houses that have signs stating they do not want unwanted post. The have just woken the street with the noise and banging.

We made an enquiry with Winged Boots and were lucky enough to be contacted by Neil. What can I say, Neil is outstanding! I was always skeptical about using an agent, thinking we can get a better deal ourselves but my outlook has completely changed since dealing with Neil. We have never been to the Maldives before so leaning on Neil's superior knowledge has been essential. He found us the best deal, answered all our queries about the resort, the company who own the resort, the facilities, how the sea plane transfers work and of course the endless Covid questions honestly, promptly and with reassurance that cannot be bought. We completely trusted Neil and as somebody who has been a Sales Director myself I know genuine when I hear it. Above all else Neil is THE friendliest person I have met in a professional capacity. He takes the time to follow up (even when not needed) by phone and emails are sent immediately when promised. I feel like I know him as a friend and we are both delighted to have used Neil for our holiday booking. I simply cannot recommend Neil at Winged Boots enough.
