Amar and his team at Flight Centre in Angel really know what they are doing - I have purchased from him on two occasions and both times I have received great recommendations of places to visit, rock bottom prices, genuine concern for my safety and well being as well as polite and friendly service (which is more than I can say for other travel agents in the area) no matter how small or large my itinerary is. I would highly recommend Amar for all your travel requirements. He will sort you out.

I went at Flight Centre Islington in September 2017, quite a long time ago, but I really want to mention how this people are there only to steal your money and don’t care at all about helping you.
I asked for tickets to India for the 16th of November to the 2nd December. I went there twice, first time just to ask, the second to actually book.
The first time I went half of the employees were drinking sparkling wine at the back, while another person was serving me. I founded really strange and disturbing that some of the employees were partying/celebrating during working time.
The second time i went to actually book my flight thinking that everything was going fine. Well, my first flight was booked for the 16th October instead of November! I did’t noticed the mistake straight away as far as I thought a person who is doing this job would not make such a silly mistake. As soon as I realised it, I went back and I was told that they couldn’t do anything a part from rescheduling the flight that costed me 240£.
Well, what to do now, I had to pay. Of course now they where happy as I paid extra and their job was done!
I made a formal complaint but I have never been answered by the customer care that apparently doesn’t actually care about it.
Still after one year nobody has ever replied me not even to check what the hell happened considering that was the manager that booked my flight and such mistake should not happen.
I deeply believe that this is a fraud and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust this company, it’s better if you book your holidays by yourself, that is actually what I do now.
