They answered the phone quickly and took all the details but never called me back with ticket availability or price which is quite poor service. Least they can do is to call.

Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Helped me and my friend book a return PCR test while I was in Prague on the same day of request. Also helped my dad and I in organising a Christmas trip to New York including tests, flights, hotel and activities. Gave a lot of recommendations which really helped build my portfolio as a photographer. Would recommend!

Used their services for about 3-4 times for day 2 arrival tests. Picked the kits and dropped by doing self swab test. Plenty of kits normally available and just do the test and drop them back.

Should you choose to get your COVID RT PCR test done in the Harrow Centre - A J Tours and Travels, please be aware that they do not take any responsibility towards your appointment and say that they do not work for HASU Diagnostics but they are just a part of their collection centre (???). I booked my test for the 4th of November at 8am and called A J Tours and Travels a day before and confirmed the timing with a staff. However, on the day of my test, the centre was closed at 8am and I had to wait for an hour for the centre to open even after confirming the timing a day prior. When staff 1 arrived we told him that we had confirmed this booking and the staff negligence to provide wrong information over the phone was unacceptable. He then further informed us that they do not even have any any test kits available and asked us to try the Kingsbury centre (WHATTTT???). This was a nightmare! We tried calling HASU Diagnostics to inform them of the situation to which there was no answer to my call. To our good luck staff 2 arrived while we were arranging to get to Kingsbury and he had the testing kits with him (wow, seriously??? Why was there no coordination among the staff???). We were then guided by staff 1 with the testing process.

HASU Diagnostics should have mentioned the timings of the affiliated Medical Centers and allowed the bookings to be done as per the timings the centre is open. They should be resolving this issue before others have to go through this situation. This is unacceptable and should be resolved ASAP.

Our results were given on time by HASU Diagnostics so that was a relief.
