Very attentive travel agent. Very personal service specialising in multi destination and traveling holidays. We visited looking to piece together the safari holiday me and my partner had always dreamed of. We were very pleased with the Taylor made holiday put together for us and the final price. Would definitely recommend.

Great travel agents with lots to offer. Paul is fantastic with vast travel knowledge. It was only his 2nd day in the Guildford office after transferring but sat with us for hours to find the perfect trip, on our budget. He was extremely approachable and understanding, even when we kept changing plans. I would 100% recommend and look forward to going back in the future for another adventure.

Have been standing outside for over 20 minutes with 2 people inside the office. Put refuse to open the door, I think. Virgin Holidays now have my money instead of you!
