My family and I used this company to book our first Umrah pilgrimage. The service we received from Usman from start to finish was outstanding. He really helped my mum through every stage of the process and helped ease her worries. Once we got to Madina and Makkah, the people we were introduced to through this company (the guides, the transport, the vendors out there) were AMAZING. They really helped shape our experience and make this the best Umrah experience we could’ve imagined. Thank you to you all for everything you did for us. May Allah reward you all abundantly.

initially we felt the travel agent was not proactive and not doing any thing until last minute, when finally visa,accomodation and transport arrangements were made. we dealt with ahmed riaz one of advisor.

One of the best umrah/hajj companies out there!

This was my first experience with my children and husband, so i was a little hesitant in booking with groups, i then came across this company and asked if i could have a tailored package- Zain who was a representative was very understanding and knew exactly what i wanted, also offered me very affordable price for the whole package- above all 5 star hotels that was within walking distances from both mosques. The transportation they offered me was very executive and very comfortable.
I would highly recommend anyone to use this company especially zain for the best possible experience.

Found this company from the Internet and enquired about umrah packages. Their customer service was excellent specially brother Zain . He helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. All the process went smoothly. Went to Umrah on 22nd November with my family ( wife and 2 small kids) Alhamdulillah everything was good. The hotel in makkah and madinah was choosen by Zain , which was excellent. Transport provided was very good, driver was very professional and helpful. I have already recommended this company to my friends and family. Keep up this excellent service and professionalism. InShaAllah I will use your company again for my next umrah.

Where do I start? Just like other customers on this site, I have been waiting over a year to receive my outstanding money. Phone call after Phone Call, email after email!! When they do refund you the money, they take a ridiculous amount of admin charges. Every other travel agent I know has refunded their Umrah/Hajj customers, except this one, they are full of excuses. I will be after Ramadan, be taking them to the courts, I have been very reasonable yet they are still holding onto my money. I even contacted the hotel in Makkah/Medina who told me there had been no bookings under our names. We need to all get together and submit one court case. I will keep posting reviews until I receive my money.
